Ti-15333 titanium alloy is a metastable beta titanium alloy
15333β titanium alloy is a titanium material that is delayed-cooled to complete β particles under the zero boundary state of titanium. Its processing technology is higher than that of pure titanium. It has better strength, fatigue resistance and environmental resistance than pure titanium and other titanium alloys. Corrosion performance, shape plasticity is very good, and it is in solid solution state. Its elastic modulus is as low as about 80GPa, which is slightly higher than the elastic modulus of titanium-nickel shape memory alloy (about 60GPa). It has high elastic recovery force (i.e. bow The wire has no permanent deformation after being bent over a large distance), has low hardness, is easy to form, and can be bent or formed into complex shapes without being broken. The spectacle frames made of it make up for the lack of elasticity of the temples of pure titanium frames. They have good elasticity and memory properties. Moreover, beta titanium alloy has excellent processing performance and welding.
There are many shapes and styles of spectacle frames made of it. The material from which glasses are made. Therefore, beta titanium alloy eyeglass frames are becoming popular as a mid-to-high-end decoration and a fashion in developed countries such as Europe and the United States. It has been used in the production of high-grade titanium eyeglass frames and legs.
